INDEST Extended Workshop-cum-Meeting of Librarians and Information Professionals of all IITs / IISc October 7. 2003 The Workshop-cum-Meeting of Librarians and Information Professionals of all IITs / IISc was convened on the behest of Ministry of Human Resource Development for extending the activities of the INDEST Consortium to other related activities. The workshop was attended by 16 representatives from various IITs and IISc. Prof. R.S. Sirohi inaugurated workshop and stressed upon importance of various activities being covered under the INDEST Extended. Shri Pawan Aggarwal stressed upon the need for increasing interaction amongst INDEST Consortium members and advocated use of JCCC as a tool to achieve this goal. Prof. Sirohi inaugurated the Jgate Custom Contents for Consortia (JCCC) at IIT Delhi.
