e-RAMS enables you to submit your complaint online regarding accessibility of e-Resource(s) through INDEST-AICTE Consortium. This interface also allows you to view the status of your existing compalints, check current and past usages statistics and contact administrator.
e-RAMS also facilitates the Administrator to get an overview of all complaints and their status.
Complaints lodged by users are sent automatically to publisher through email. The publisher after attending the complaints can change the status of complaints through e-RAMS or Publisher(s) can Login to view their complaints.
